Admins can reset passwords by navigating to the Manage Employees section and editing the user account. You can also trigger a reset email manually.

Yes. TimeSync supports timesheet approval through email.
Each approval email contains:
  1. A summary of the timesheet
  2. Action buttons or secure links (APPROVE / REJECT)
  3. A copy of the timesheet PDF report as an attachment for detailed review
  4. Audit trail tracking for who clicked and when

Currently, the approval flow is:
  1. Employee submits their timesheet.
  2. Manager reviews and either approves or rejects it.
This is the default setup, but the approval logic is fully customizable. The system is designed to easily support multi-level approvals (e.g., Front Office, Payroll, CEO) if needed.

Yes. You can add or remove approval levels by modifying the Timesheet model and logic. Please see the Customization Guide for step-by-step instructions.
